What reviewers complain about
Trustpilot score 3.3 of 5 from 4,138 reviews on the day we checked (Trustpilot). Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews. Two common complaints:
- Billing and cancellation, for example "They secretly deduct fees every month."
- Slow support, for example "Nobody responded to my requests for assistance."
